Our Team of Autism Experts

The Blossom ABA team consists of highly trained therapy experts and administrative who will work hand-in-hand with your family to ensure an excellent experience for you and your child.
We invest considerable resources in recruiting great talent and creating a company culture that is rewarding for our employees. That’s because we know that happy and satisfied employees will do the best possible work for your family.
Our Process
Our process starts with getting to know you and your child, while taking care of the administrative steps necessary to get your insurance plan to approve services. We will be sure to provide you with a clear explanation of what benefits your insurance plan will provide, and what you may have to pay out of pocket.
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess your child and write a treatment plan. Once you sign off on the treatment plan, we’ll get your insurance plan to approve it and authorize services to begin.
Once services are authorized, we’ll introduce you to your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who will be responsible for implementing the treatment plan on a daily basis during one-on-one therapy sessions with your child. Your BCBA will supervise you RBT, check in with you regularly, provide parent training, and continually update the treatment plan as your child makes progress and accomplishes new milestones.
For families in Georgia who have older children with autism, we are happy to assist with the Katie Beckett Waiver so they can receive the services they need. Learn more about the Katie Beckett Waiver here, or give us a call today.

The Importance of Starting ABA Therapy as Soon as Possible
Research shows, and experience validates, that the earlier you begin services, the easier it will be for your child to make progress.
Optimal Results
Beginning ABA therapy at an early stage maximizes your child’s chances for success and lays the foundation for a lifetime of greater happiness and independence.
Neuroplasticity
The young brain is like clay – malleable and adaptable. This flexibility makes it relatively easier for children to pick up and integrate new behaviors. Yet neuroplasticity declines with time, meaning that your child’s brain will find it harder to assimilate new behaviors and skills later in life.
Prevention Over Cure
Addressing potential challenges at an early stage ensures that specific problematic behaviors do not cement into long-term habits.
Community Integration
ABA therapy provides the tools and skills required for children to engage more profoundly with others, ensuring they’re active participants in community activities and are not sidelined due to behavioral issues.

Cost-effective in the Long Run
While it might seem like an upfront investment, early intervention can significantly reduce costs associated with prolonged treatments or addressing more severe behaviors down the line.
Enhanced Life Quality
ABA isn’t just about the child. Its positive effects ripple out, improving the quality of life for both the individual undergoing therapy and their entire family.
Reaching Full Potential
Every child has a vast reserve of potential. Starting ABA therapy early acts as a catalyst, ensuring that they have every opportunity to tap into and realize this potential.
