She believes independence looks different for every child, so her clinical approach meets each client where they are while helping them grow in practical, individualized, and meaningful ways across home, school, and community settings.

Tyrell Washington

Tyrell works primarily with Black and brown families navigating systems that were not built with them in mind. He writes about culturally responsive ABA, school advocacy, representation, and helping every family feel understood.

Growing up in a family that did not talk about autism or have access to services shaped why he became a BCBA. He believes every family deserves a therapist who understands their experience and can advocate alongside them.

Natalie brings warmth and play into daily sessions with preschoolers. She shares simple, practical strategies parents can use at home to support progress—without requiring special training or a clinical degree.

She loves getting down on the floor, building block towers, and celebrating meaningful firsts with children and their families. Natalie is currently working toward her BCBA certification.
