What Colorado families can count on
We show up at your door.
Sessions happen at home, at school, or in the community, wherever your child is most comfortable and where the skills actually need to work.
The paperwork is ours.
Colorado Medicaid runs through four Regional Accountable Entities depending on your county. We know which one covers your area and handle verification, authorization, and all paperwork before your child's first session.
Your child works with one consistent therapist.
We manage caseloads carefully so your child has a real relationship with their Blossom therapist throughout their program, not a rotation of new faces.
If something isn't right, we fix it.
Our 100% satisfaction guarantee means if the program isn't working for your child, we adjust it until it is.
Medicaid plans we accept in Colorado
Commercial insurance plans we accept
Colorado's autism insurance mandate requires most state-regulated commercial plans to cover ABA therapy for children diagnosed with autism. Depending on your plan, that coverage may still reach us through out-of-network benefits or a single case agreement, which is an arrangement your insurer can approve when an in-network provider is not available to you.
We are happy to look at your specific plan and tell you honestly what your options are, including pointing you to an in-network provider if that turns out to be the better route for your family.
Health First Colorado, Regional Accountable Entities
Colorado Medicaid routes behavioral health through four Regional Accountable Entities, assigned by county. Under ACC Phase III, effective July 1, 2025, they are:
Two counties catch families out. Pueblo sits in Region 1 with Rocky Mountain Health Plans, not with the rest of southern Colorado. And Larimer County is grouped with Weld in Region 2, not with the Denver metro regions. If you've moved counties recently, your Regional Accountable Entity may have changed even though your coverage didn't.
Don't see your plan?
Call us anyway. We'd rather spend five minutes checking than have you wonder.
