Our process starts with getting to know you and your child, while taking care of the administrative steps necessary to get your insurance plan to approve services. We will be sure to provide you with a clear explanation of what benefits your insurance plan will provide, and what you may have to pay out of pocket.

A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will assess your child and write a treatment plan. Once you sign off on the treatment plan, we’ll get your insurance plan to approve it and authorize services to begin.
Once services are authorized, we’ll introduce you to your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who will be responsible for implementing the treatment plan on a daily basis during one-on-one therapy sessions with your child. Your BCBA will supervise you RBT, check in with you regularly, provide parent training, and continually update the treatment plan as your child makes progress and accomplishes new milestones.
