Tyrell Washington, BCBA, LBA
Tyrell grew up in a family that didn't talk about autism, didn't have access to services, and definitely didn't have a BCBA who looked like him. That's why he became one. He works primarily with Black and brown families navigating systems that weren't built for them. He writes about culturally responsive ABA, advocating in schools, and why representation matters in therapy. Tyrell has been a BCBA for six years and believes every family deserves a therapist who gets it.

Natalie runs sessions with preschoolers all day long and loves every chaotic minute of it. She's the RBT who gets down on the floor, builds block towers, and celebrates when a kid makes eye contact for the first time. She writes about what parents can do at home to support their child's progress—simple, practical strategies that don't require a degree or special training. Natalie is working toward her BCBA.
