Let’s work together to help your child reach new milestones!
Insurance & Initial Consultation
We begin by learning about your child’s needs and guiding you through the insurance process. Our team will handle the necessary administrative steps to get your insurance plan approved for ABA services. We’ll also provide a clear breakdown of your coverage, including any out-of-pocket costs.

Personalized Treatment Plan
A Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will conduct a comprehensive assessment of your child’s strengths and challenges. Based on this evaluation, they will create a customized treatment plan. Once you review and approve the plan, we’ll work with your insurance provider to secure authorization for services.
One-on-One Therapy Begins
After approval, we’ll introduce you to your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), who will implement the therapy plan in one-on-one sessions with your child. Your BCBA will supervise the RBT, provide ongoing parent training, and adjust the plan as your child reaches new milestones.
Getting started is easy—contact us today to begin your child’s journey toward growth and success!
